Eating a well-balanced diet gives your body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy and within a normal range. As you might have guessed, fruits and vegetables are the foundation of a healthy diet. Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer in the United States. Ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun are the main cause of skin cancer. UV damage can also cause wrinkles and blotchy skin.
