This week we had the second FREE session of our Meals That Heal series on cancer fighting foods. This time, we had a cooking demonstration of a Coconut Fish Stew with Basil and Cilantro. Not only was it amazing food, it was a good time to learn, visit, and ask questions of our Chef Nicole Sandleben, our Registered Dietitian Marci Reed, and our ODS Health Coaches.
